Summer is in full swing which means one thing – time in the sunshine by the water. For me growing up, that meant the lake in Northern Minnesota! We moved out west, but I’m excited to be heading to a lake in Washington for a long weekend. Planning for the trip got me thinking about a few outfit ideas you might need for your own lake weekend. So here are 6 outfits for a weekend at the lake!
Morning Coffee Run
Every weekend at the lake starts with some caffeine. Throwing on a comfortable pair of pull on shorts, your favorite t-shirt and a cotton sweater is the perfect way to combat that morning chill in the air.
Day on the Boat
The real star of the lake weekend is a good old fashioned day on the boat. Whether you’re going to surf or ski, or just cruise around and enjoy a few beverages of your choice, you’ll be set with this outfit. Date Night
